Walk-Ins Welcome
If you are looking for where to watch college football in Venice Beach, Nalu Vida opens the doors at 9 AM every Saturday and Sunday so the East Coast kickoffs never start without you. We are at 1 Washington Blvd, closer to the ocean than just about any bar in town, with big screens throughout the bar and the dining room and sound on for the games that matter. USC and UCLA get the audio every week. Pulling for somebody else? Flag a bartender and we will find your game.
The full college package runs all season: Big Ten Network, SEC Network, ACC Network, ESPN and the rest. That means every Trojans and Bruins Saturday, the Red River Rivalry, The Game, the Iron Bowl, conference championship weekend, and the entire twelve team College Football Playoff straight through to the national title. Rose Bowl morning is basically a neighborhood holiday around here, and Pasadena is close enough that we get the full spillover.

Everything people ask us before a Saturday in Venice Beach.
Where can I watch college football in Venice Beach?
Nalu Vida at 1 Washington Blvd shows college football every Saturday of the season. We carry the full college package including Big Ten Network, SEC Network, ACC Network and ESPN, with big screens throughout the bar and the dining room. Doors open at 9 AM on Saturdays and Sundays so the early East Coast kickoffs play from the first snap.
Do you show every USC and UCLA game?
Yes. Every Trojans and Bruins game airs here, home and away, all season. Sound is on for USC and UCLA whenever they are playing. The crosstown rivalry game gets the main screens and the full room.
What time do you open on game days?
9 AM on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season. That covers the 9 AM Pacific window, which is when a lot of the best matchups on the East Coast kick off. The kitchen is running from open, so you can get a breakfast burrito in front of you before the first quarter ends.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are always welcome and there is never a cover. That said, rivalry Saturdays, conference championship weekend and playoff games fill up fast. Booking a table through Resy is the safest move for those dates, and every game on the schedule above has its own reservation link that prefills the date for you.
How much are the bottomless mimosas?
$24 for 60 minutes, available daily until 4 PM. That lines up neatly with the morning and early afternoon college slate. Have a look at the brunch menu for what to pair with it.
Can you put my team's game on?
Usually, yes. We run the full college package, so if your school is on a national or conference network we can almost always find it. Ask a bartender when you sit down and we will get it on a screen near you. Sound stays reserved for USC and UCLA on most Saturdays.
Do you take large groups and alumni watch parties?
We do. For parties of 6 or more, call ahead at (310) 437-0660 or email info@naluvida.com and we will hold seating together. Alumni chapters and fan groups are welcome, and the more notice you give us on a big rivalry date the better we can set the room up.
Are you showing the College Football Playoff and the bowl games?
All of it. Selection Day, the first round, the quarterfinals, the semifinals and the national championship, plus the New Year's Six. The Rose Bowl is a short drive up the freeway in Pasadena, so New Year's Day gets busy here either way. Check the schedule above for kickoff times in Pacific.
Is Nalu Vida family friendly during the day?
Yes. The dining room is open to all ages during daytime service, which covers the morning and afternoon college windows. Later in the evening the room leans more toward the bar crowd, so the earlier games are the easier call with kids.
Where do I park near Nalu Vida?
There are public beach lots right by 1 Washington Blvd, plus metered street parking along Washington and the surrounding blocks. Weekend lots fill up as the day goes on, so arriving for the early kickoff is genuinely the easiest parking of the day. Rideshare drops right at the corner.
What food do you serve during games?
Breakfast runs from 9 AM with burritos, steak and eggs and breakfast sandwiches. Once the afternoon slate starts, the full menu opens up: beer battered fish tacos, the Venice smash burger, spicy tuna crispy rice, margherita flatbread and 12 hour smoked pulled pork sliders. The full food menu has everything.
Are kickoff times on this page final?
Not always. Networks set many college kickoff windows only six to twelve days ahead, which is why some games on the schedule show TBD. We update this page as times get announced, so check back the week of the game. Everything listed is in Pacific time.
